Volleyball Dominates Mountain View in Straight Sets
The CVC Lady Suns Volleyball Team have now won back-to-back matches after defeating the Mountain View Lions in straight sets (25-11,25-20,27-25). Mallorie Brooks led the team with 10 kills, 11 digs, a block and a service ace.
Samantha Hernandez posted a stat line of 14 assists, six digs, five kills, five service aces, and 1.5 blocks, with Jasmine Davis adding six kills and a block.
Amaya Saenz had a team-high 14 digs, while Kayla Lansford registered four kills and 2.5 blocks.
After improving their Dallas Athletic Conference record to 5-3, the Lady Suns will take on Brookhaven on Thursday.
