Cedar Valley Men's Basketball Announces Schedule
LANCASTER, Texas – Dallas College Cedar Valley men's basketball team released its 2025-26 schedule.
The Suns will open the season Oct. 31 at St. Phillips College in a two-day trip to San Antonio. The Sunsy will also play at Our Lady of the Lake's Developmental Team.
Following a third road game at Temple College on Nov. 3, the Suns host On Point Academy Nov. 8 in the home opener. They follow that up with a home game against Nelson University's Junior Varsity Nov. 12.
Cedar Valley will compete in the Blue Bell Classic at Blinn College Nov. 14-15 against Coastal Bend College and host Blinn. The Suns return home to host Dallas Christian College's Prospect Team Nov. 19. They host Arlington Baptist University's Junior Varsity Nov. 21.
The Suns will finish the first month of the season on the road at Kilgore College Nov. 22, at McLennan Community College Nov. 25 before playing at Hill College Dec. 3. They return home to host Northern Oklahoma College Dec. 5 prior to the first round of conference action.
Cedar Valley begins Dallas Athletic Conference play at home Dec. 10 against Dallas College Richland. The Suns play at Dallas College Brookhaven Dec. 13 and at Dallas College North Lake Dec. 17 prior to the holiday break.
Following the holidays, Cedar Valley will host Southwestern Adventist University Junior Varsity Jan. 5 before resuming the first round of DAC play Jan. 14 at home against Dallas College Mountain View. The Suns will wrap up the first round of league play Jan. 17 at home against Dallas College Eastfield.
The Suns will play three rounds of conference games running through Feb. 21 against Eastfield in the regular season finale.
The NJCAA Division III District Tournament is scheduled to begin Feb. 24.
