DAC Tourney Preview: No. 6 Suns vs. No. 3 Eastfield

After wrapping up their regular season over the weekend, the CVC Suns Basketball Team will now prepare for the Dallas Athletic Conference Tournament opening round on Tuesday night against Eastfield. The Suns enter the post-season as the 6th seed, while Eastfield is the third seed.

Cedar Valley wrapped up conference action this year with a record of 2-8 and defeated Eastfield in their last showing, 85-82 on "Sophomore Day", where they honored sophomores Xavious Booker, Alphonso Hawkins, and Ronnie Horner. Hawkins and William DeGraftenreed III each had 18 points in the win.

The Suns and the Harvesters have each won a game in the season series.
