Adrian Morales was named an assistant baseball coach at Dallas College Cedar Valley prior to the start of the 2025 season.

In 2025, the Suns went 25-30 with a trip to the National Junior College Athletic Association Division III South Central District Tournament. The Suns beat every team in the Dallas Athletic Conference at least once, while posting wins over No. 3 Dallas College Eastfield, No. 6 Dallas College Richland and No. 14 Dallas College Brookhaven.

Prior to Cedar Valley, Morales served as an assistant baseball coach at Dallas College Mountain View, beginning in 2022.

In 2024, Morales coached on a team that won 14 games, marking the third straight year the Lions had collected double-digit wins with Morales on staff. Mountain View beat Dallas College North Lake in back-to-back games in April to win the Dallas Athletic Conference series. The Lions put together a four-game win streak during the season. 

Morales was part of the Lions' staff that guided Mountain View to an 18-win season in 2023. The 18 wins matched the most in program history, equalling the 2011 team's mark. In his second year at Mountain View, the Lions improved their win total by eight victories from the previous season.
